As the company’s VP Finance , you will be responsible for the finance and legal operations of the company, including: strategy, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting and investor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Work with CEO and management team
- Responsible for yearly financial plans and objectives that align with the company’s goals.
- Leading a solid financial infrastructure while defining business and budget KPI’s for each activity / department of the company.
- Lead the legal activity of the company
- Work with banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT) , public auditors and officials
- Communicate, engage and interact with board of directors, shareholders and potential investors
- Overseeing financial transactions recording, GL maintenance, banks and credit cards reconciliations, monthly and annual closing processes
- Drive company strategy and financial goals
