We are seeking an experienced Group Manager to lead our Core and Integrations group within the R&D department. You will play a crucial role in managing our high-performing production teams, driving the development of our real-time bidding and optimization systems, ensuring seamless API and system integrations, and building our user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Direct oversight of our real-time bidding system and optimization engine, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead the management of all API and system integrations, maintaining high reliability and efficiency.
• Expand and mentor the production Backend, Fullstack and DevOps teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to align R&D initiatives with company objectives and market demands.
• Spearheaded the development of our next-generation system infrastructure to support larger-scale operations.
• Contribute to revenue growth and server cost optimization through strategic R&D leadership.
