Senior Data Scientist

We deliver valuable results and insights for a fast growing clientele of major app developers using elite programmatic user acquisition and retargeting technologies.

Our ever evolving, state-of-the-art machine learning technology analyzes tens of TB of raw data per day to produce millions of ad recommendations in real-time.

We are looking for an experienced data scientist who is passionate about exploring complex data sets, drawing meaningful insights, and building high-quality real-time data products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end ML products - including data QA, research, model development, prototyping, offline validation, implement in production and online testing
  • Develop ML solutions using advanced techniques to diverse sets of problems.
  • Analyze huge amounts of complex data to identify meaningful patterns and build useful features for machine learning models.
  • Apply the scientific method to design, create, tune, and interpret machine learning models.
  • Write production code in python and Spark.
  • Perform data manipulation, validation and cross-domain research.
  • Come up with new and creative research ideas and insights.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years prior experience as a Data Scientist
  • Experience with data science tools (Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, scikit-learn)
  • High level scripting and programming skills in Python.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player, responsible, delivery-oriented
  • Troubleshooter, problem-solver who knows how to navigate trade-offs.
  • Work experience as a data analyst - an advantage.
  • At least a BA/BSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, statistics, economics, bioinformatics, information systems etc.
