As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HRBP to join our HR team. The perfect candidate is someone who is passionate about supporting and creating strategies to enable Bigabid to achieve success. You’ll design and execute processes for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, reward, retain, and organize work. 

As an HRBP, you’ll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers and employees. Your role will include ownership over sourcing and recruiting top talents, onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the team’s development and growth.

Responsible:

  • Deliver a full range of HR support for the different company departments. Working with employees and managers at all levels, providing professional guidance for any people matters, including talent and performance management, change management, internal communication, and employee’s well-being. 
  • Design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, reward, retain and organize work. 
  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end for the relevant teams- CV screen, phone interviews, schedule interviews, working closely with agencies etc.
  • Supervise and make team assessments, understand the organizational needs, and process the needed changes leading to success.
  • Manage employee development plans, talent, and performance management.
  • Conduct effective, data-driven HR processes while utilizing dashboards and reports with metrics to support smart decision-making to improve business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of proven experience in HR positions
  • Hands-on experience in leading the recruiting process in-house, preferably at a high-tech company that has grown rapidly  
  • Experience with a wide variety of sourcing tools and methods
  • Experience in HRIS systems like Comeet , HiBob etc. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a very dynamic environment
  • Data-driven approach and ability to report and analyze hiring processes
  • Pro-active with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent- advantage
