 We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. As a data driven person who enjoys challenges and lives recruiting, you will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent using creative and resourceful methods.

 Responsibles:

  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and lead recruiters, sources, and other professionals in our team 
  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end- CV screen, phone interviews, schedule interviews, working closely with agencies etc.
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
  • Partner and work closely with hiring managers to design the hiring process, crafting profiles, and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment
  • Conduct effective, data-driven recruiting processes while utilizing dashboards and reports with metrics to support smart decision making to improve business outcomes and recruit the best talent
  • Use metrics and KPIs from our HR Analytics Team to support decision making
  • Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience

Requirements:

  • +3 years of proven experience of end-to-end recruiting in-house, preferably at a high tech company that had grown rapidly  
  • Experience with a wide variety of sourcing tools and methods
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a very dynamic environment
  • Data-driven approach and ability to report and analyze hiring processes
  • Pro-active with a cando attitude and a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent- advantage
