Senior Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, own, manage and strengthen client relations and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations. By combining your product expertise, strategic thinking, and people skills, you will help grow BIgabid's business while ensuring our customers’ success.

  • Onboard and develop accounts using strategic, long-term growth planning
  • Act as an intersection between the customer and Bigabid while working cross-functionally internally and externally
  • As a senior member of the team, you will be appointed for leading some of our most strategic partnerships while also acting as a mentor for junior team members within the team
  • Stay on top of our product roadmap and industry trends for maintaining the expert approach Bigabid believes in
  • Form strong relationships and pleasant and efficient communication with our clients
  • Provide customers with reports, and data-driven analysis and insights
  • Create value from the customers in the form of case studies, product reviews, surveys, etc.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer success manager is a must 
  • Experience in a B2B tech company is a must
  • Experience at a global company and working with global customers - a big advantage
  • Experience in the Ad-tech industry- a big advantage 
  • Knowledge and experience with programmatic user acquisition or retargeting – a plus
  • Team player with a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply
  • Fluent in English – other languages are a big plus
