Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our HR team. As the office manager at Bigabid, you will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring the office's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Joining the company, you will play a key role in defining and implementing organizational processes.

 Responsibles:

  • Responsible for office Visibility and day-to-day management of all office logistics and vendors (food & kitchen, IT, office equipment, repairs, cleaning services, Managing vendor relationships, parking, deliveries, etc…)
  • Create an inclusive environment by greeting guests, candidates, and visitors with a personable and genuine approach
  • Work closely with HR on managing employees office needs, assist with planned events & various projects
  • Coordinate interviews for candidates and support Bigabid's recruitment team while delivering a great candidate experience
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Support the Finance department: Employees attendance reporting, expense reports, etc…
  • Management support - schedule meetings
  • Lead administrative projects as needed

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience in an administrative and/or customer service role
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to ‘make things happen’
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a very dynamic environment
  • Pro-active with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent- advantage
