User Acquisition (RTB) Team Leader

We are looking for a User Acquisition Team Leader who is detail-oriented and results-driven to manage user acquisition campaigns for our ever-growing portfolio of leading brands.

Key Responsibility:

  • Manage a portfolio of user acquisition campaigns with a goal-oriented approach and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Analyze and optimize audience-based campaigns on an ongoing basis to exceed client’s KPIs
  • Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards while making recommendations to client-facing teams to enhance customer strategies
  • Work with product and data science teams to gather trends and campaign-specific insights to improve performance for campaigns and our technology platform
  • Direct management of 3 - 5 campaign managers  
  • Oversee campaign managers activity, from strategy to day-to-day
  • Explore with the team new ways to expand and scale 
  • Brainstorm and gather ideas together with the team to A/B test everything from creatives to bid strategies.
  • Continually provide new creative ideas and feedback to the design team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of managing large budget campaigns
  • Experience with mobile app advertising 
  • Technical and analytical orientation
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Combination of creative and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solver
  • Demonstrates an ability to draw insights from data
  • Experience using SQL and Tableau
  • Advanced Excel experience – pivots, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Demonstrates high-level English skills (oral & written is a must)
