As Head of Sales, you will be managing our global sales activity. We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader with a proven record of success, impressive leadership skills, that can help drive and accelerate the company’s growth. This role works in collaboration with all departments, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration are essential. The candidate will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & relationships. You will own all plans and strategies for achieving the sales goals according to the company’s goals while assuring meeting the quotes of self and the team.

  • Prepare goals for the department and per employee
  • Guide and plan forecasting and onboarding schedules together with various teams including the upper management
  • Implement relevant platforms for providing the business and engineering side visibility for the entire pipeline for better planning
  • Create detailed land and expand practices from lead generation to winning deals and expanding with strategic clients
  • Be the front face of the company at client meetings and industry events around the world
  • Act as an escalation point for customer success with strategic partners when needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years work experience in sales in a software company
  • Hands-on experience with the entire sales process from lead generation to signing deals
  • Experience leading teams to drive results
  • Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing high volume sales pipelines
  • Experience with sales pipeline management platforms
  • Global experience (including work outside the US)
  • Fluent in English
  • A people person

Preferred requirements 

  • Experience with legal and business negotiation
  • From a leading ad-tech company
