Senior Customer Success\Account Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue-generating growth and retention initiatives. You will work on a global scale to grow Bigabid's business while ensuring our client’s success. 

With product expertise, you will share best practices and recommendations with clients. With client expertise, you will advocate for Bigabid’s client base to help guide internal strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding – create a smooth and easy on-boarding experience for our clients. 
  • Ensure ongoing monthly client budgets are maintained, fulfilled, and scaling.
  • Closely collaborate between our clients, product, sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities by up-selling and cross selling across several products within the Bigabid suite of ML technologies
  • Provide clients with reporting and delivery analysis
  • Customer Advocacy – create value from the client in the form of case studies, product reviews, surveys, etc. 
  • Innovation – work with the product to understand the needs of our clients 
  • Ongoing client communication and relationship building.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a customer success manager is a must 
  • Experience in the Ad-tech industry- a big advantage 
  • Have exceptional client management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with programmatic user acquisition or retargeting – a plus
  • Team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply
  • Fluent in English – other languages are a big plus
