We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Bookkeeper to manage financial records, bookkeeping, and payroll as part of our finance team. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Finance, and will be working alongside the Controller and another bookkeeper. 

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly closing routines: accruals, bank reconciliations, prepaid, etc.
• AP cycle management: record invoices, prepare payments, reconciliations
• Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to banking, customer, vendor, accruals, etc
• Conduct ongoing BS accounts reconciliations including closing entries and cut-off accounts
• Prepare and manage the entire payroll process, end-to-end
• Travel & employee reimbursement system including reviewing expense reports and communicating with employees.
• Preparation of VAT returns tax returns and financial reports
• Assistance concerning the company’s statutory and tax audits
• Ad hoc accounting projects as needed
